These diagnosis include, mood disorders like depression or anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and substance related disorders when appropriate, Buprenorphine therapy may be recommended. You are guaranteed to receive all the necessary support you will need.

We offer face-to-face office visits and telehealth services provided by caring and professional staff.

Long-acting injectable medications can be administered in our office if the patient does not have access to home health or other provider to aid with the medication administration Medication management for all types of mental health and substance use disorders is provided by our experienced and board-certified Nurse Practitioner
